There are many ways to create a pattern or design on a piece of garment. You can use screen printing, embroidery, painting, and several other such techniques. Heat transfer is another technique to consider. This option is great for people who want to print a limited number of garments instead of a minimum of 24 pieces like we offer with our screen printing services.
Trico Designs has carried out heat transfers for several years now. We understand the process well and will make sure you have the best possible print on your garments.
What is Heat Transfer Printing?
This is the process of transferring an image onto a garment with heat. We use 320° heat to ensure the design is completely cured into the fabric. Once the design is in, it remains in place for a long time. No matter how many times you wash or wear the garment, the logo will remain in place for an extended period of time.
The print has a soft feel to it so you don’t have to deal with a stiff patch of paint on your comfortable tees. The print moves easily with the fabric, which means there’s no compromise on style.
We can transfer the print to any surface onto surfaces like cotton, cotton/polyester blend, polyester/acrylic blend, and uncoated polyester. Our experts will let you know which fabric is ideal for this purpose.
We can heat transfer images with different colors and offer 82 different shades so there’s no shortage of options available to you. You can choose from different families of shades like white, grey, brown, red, yellow, green blue, orange, purple, and pink.
